This series from Topps had 44 die-cut cards with moisten-adhesive backs, plus 15 "Kooky Shield" stickers. The Kooky Awards were created by the same team that produced another 1967 die-cut series called Wacky Packages. Norman Saunders painted 39 of the 44 Kooky Awards, and the other 5 were painted by Tom Sutton, who also painted many of the Wacky Ads in 1969. The 15 "Kooky Shields" used flat graphics, and none were painted by Norman Saunders.
