This is a spoof diploma that mocks the Federal School's correspondence course in commercial art design. It was created within the art staff at Fawcett Publications by a collegiate gang of ex-students from the Federal School, and was "issued" to Norman Rockwell (alias "Nifty") Saunders on February 7th 1930.
