1960 - Baseball Cards [ Norm Saunders first freelance job for Topps was to retouch uniforms, caps and background stadiums on photos for late-traded players.]

1961 - Civil War News - 88 cards (plus 17 pieces of confederate "currency") [Norm Saunders was the main freelance artist to paint a majority of the cards. Maurice Blumenfeld also painted a large number of these cards. A freelance cartoonist, Bob Powell, was hired to draw and compose each card concept according to the dictates of Woody Gelman. Powell also submitted a small number of fully painted cards. When all 88 cards were prepared for publication, Norm Saunders was hired to retouch the entire set of cards to establish a unified level of artistry. He was paid minimum wage, $1.15 an hour.]

1962 - Flag Midgees - 99 cards [Cards were painted by Norman Saunders and Maurice Blumenfeld. ]

1962 ­ Mars Attacks - 55 cards [Cards were painted by Norman Saunders and Maurice Blumenfeld and Bob Powell.]

1963 ­ Funny Pennants ­ 33 cards [All cards were drawn by a freelance cartoonist and painted in with black ink by Norman Saunders.]

1965 ­ Battle! - 66 cards [Cards were painted by Norman Saunders and Maurice Blumenfeld and Ed Valigurski, and Bob Powell.]

1965 ­ Fighter Planes ­ 12 gliders (assemble paper gliders) [Gliders, Wrapper and Display Box were painted by Norman Saunders.]

1965 ­ Ugly Stickers ­ 44 cards [This series was based on the art of Basil Wolverton, who created 12 cards and then quit after disputing financial and copyright issues. Norman Saunders and Wally Wood designed the remaining images. All cards were painted by Norman Saunders. The image featured on the wrapper and the box (#44) was designed and painted by Norman Saunders, as was the image featured on the puzzle back (#3).]

1966 ­ Batman ("Black Bat" series) - 55 cards [All cards were painted by Norman Saunders, Maurice Blumenfeld, Bob Powell, and a fourth unknown artist.]

1966 ­ Superman In The Jungle ­ 66 cards (plus 15 puzzle pieces) [All cards were designed and drawn in pencil by Al Plastino. All cards were painted with black ink by Norman Saunders. Norman Saunders also accepted the unique assignment of composing the color separations, creating some unusual effects. The full-color puzzle pieces, as well as the display box were painted by Norman Saunders.]

1966 ­ Make Your Own Name -33 stickers (plus Name Sticker Sheet) [This series was a development of the Ugly Stickers of 1965, and as such, is also generally based on the art of Basil Wolverton, who contributed only 3 cards to this series. Norman Saunders, Wally Wood, and a third unknown cartoonist designed the remaining images. All cards were painted by Norman Saunders]

1966 ­ Frankenstein Valentine "Monster" Stickers - 44 cards (peel-off stickers of classic monsters in heart-shaped vignettes with silly gags.) [All cards were painted by Norman Saunders.]

1967 ­ Get Smart ­ Secret Agent Kit ­ (Die-cut disguises) [16 punch out disguise items printed on 2.5" x 5" cards. Secret Agent Kits were painted by Norman Saunders and another unknown artist.]

1967 ­ Ugly Buttons ­ 24 buttons [12 images were designed and painted by Norman Saunders, and the remaining 12 images were designed and painted by Wally Wood.]

1967 ­ Disgusting Disguises ­ 36 stickers [These gruesome images were printed on clear plastic on peel-off white backing paper. All images were painted by Norman Saunders.]

1967 ­ Rubber Uglies - 12 items ­ (Rubbery plastic creatures) [ Topps merchandizing product. Sold encapsulated in plastic "eggs" in vending machines. All creatures are based on characters invented and painted by Norman Saunders for the Ugly Stickers.]

1967 ­ Wacky Packages ("Die-Cut" series) ­ 44 cards (plus 12 alternates) (Die-Cut images with moisture-activated adhesive backs) [All cards were painted by Norman Saunders.]

1967 ­ Kooky Awards ­ 44 cards (plus 15 plaques) [39 cards were painted by Norman Saunders, and 5 were painted by Paul Sutton. The 15 plaques were created by an unknown graphic artist.]

1967 ­ Flavor Mates [ Display box was painted by Norman Saunders.]

1968 ­ Love Initials ­ 84 stickers (peel-off stickers) [ Series was invented by Norman Saunders and proposed to Topps. Most stickers were designed and painted by Norman Saunders]

1969 ­ Wacky Ads ­ 36 postcards (Die-Cut images with moisture-activated adhesive backs) [30 postcards were painted by Tom Sutton, while the remaining 6 postcards have reproductions of 24 Wacky Packages from the 1st and 2nd series painted by Norman Saunders.]

1982 ­ Wacky Packages ("Album" series) ­ 120 cards (peel-off stickers) [re-release of 114 previous Wacky Packages painted by Norman Saunders, including ten updated titles, and the only new title painted for this series is "Schnozmopolitan." Five other cards were painted by an unknown artist]
